Initial Assessment – Personal Development Interview
This meeting is your first step towards meaningful personal development and self-awareness. During this 30-minute session, we will explore your current challenges, goals and aspirations. Together we will identify the areas where you are seeking support, whether it is managing anxiety, improving relationships, setting boundaries or increasing your motivation.
As a certified counselor and coach, I will actively listen, provide initial insights and describe how our collaboration can help you take control of your personal development. This is an unbiased conversation that aims to make you feel heard, supported and confident in taking the next step forward.
